Product Description

Machine Introduction:
With the tremendous development of polyester staple fiber (PSF) technology, recycled PSF production technology has gradually become a general technology. In order to comply with the PSF manufacturer needs, KWELL develop this fiber grade PET bottle washing recycling equipment to match the market demand.

PET flakes produced by fiber grade PET bottle washing line are mainly used for producing 2-D or 3-D PSF, polyester filament yarn, straps, sheet, and film, etc. Every functional section of this PET bottle washing recycling line can be optimized according to the requirements including users' material status, production facilities, product quality, and investment budget, etc. The design proposal is very flexible and customer-oriented.

10.Hot washer
Connected with steam boiler. Steam is supplied into washing tank to heat water and flakes. Hot water makes waste; label and glue loosen from bottles.

11.Friction washer
After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.

12.Centrifugal dryer
Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 2%
 
13.Pipe drying system

14.PVC (label) separator
