Product Description

Machine Application:
The KWELL WT shredders have been designed for the most throughput applications in recycling industries. Clients can select the corresponding models according to the material size and quantity. Well as for the different special needs, providing a special knife rotor, for shredding material like film, woven bags or nylon, ABS and PC, etc.

The main shaft keeps running at high speed, and there are many fixed robust baldes on it. And the blades can tear up the plastic blocks easily when the cart are pushing the blocks froward by the hydraulic system.
   
Machine Main features:
1. This machine is mainly used to grind big size plastic products, such as headpiece material, thick-walled large diameter plastic pipe, film roller, paper, fibreand others.

2. The rotary blade seat and blade can be disassembled, which makes it easier to clean and maintain.

3. The V shape installation rotary bladeadopts can make the baldes cut material evenly, low noise and energy consumption.

4. Each rotary blade has 4 same cutting knife edge, when one side becomes dull, you can change  another side. which prolongs the service time of rotaty blades.

5. The main shaft is driven by gearbox, steady running and powerful speed.

6. The material keeps being pushed foward by the hydraulic system, ensures the raw material can be crushed thoroughly and efficiently. 

7. The blade can rotate in opposite direction.

8. PLC program control system, automatically rotating, shut down, safe and reliable running.
