Product Description

Machine info:
GHX series agglomerator machine can process waste plastic films and other materials with wall thickness less than 2 mm into particles/granules.

It is suitable for soft PVC, HDPE, HDPE, soft PP and other thermoplastic waste plastic. When the waste plastic is put into the crushing chamber of the machine, the plastic will be cut into smaller chips due to the crushing function of the rotating knife and fixed knife.

During the crushing processing, the material will adsorb lots of heat from the frictional movement of being crushing, and then the plastic will be going to become semi-plasticizing state. The particles will stick with each other due to the function of plasticization. Before it sticks each other completely, the cold water pre-prepared will be sprayed into the semi-plasticizing material. The water will be evaporated off quickly and the surface temperature of material will drop down quickly also.

So the material being crushed will become small particles or granules. Then you can discharge the material.
