Machine Application:
This series machine mainly is used for baling cartons, cotton yarn, plastic, wood, etc. It is designed as vertical structure, hydraulic transmission, electrical control and manual binding. Usually the pressure force of this series is from 10 ton KN to 150 ton KN, the efficiency is 4 ~ 6 pieces per hour. The weight of each piece is from 30 Kg to 900 Kg according to the material. Also, we can produce the machine according to the requirement from customer.
Machine Features:
1. Hydraulic component is from Chinese first class company which are used in equipment.
2. Eletronic component such as switch, thermal relay, AC contactor and disconnector
3. PLC control: Siemens.
4. Using differential technique for the hydraulic system makes shorter cycle time so that improve the efficiency and save energy.
5. Cylinder is conected by the bolt and nut, not welding for easy maintenance and repair.
6. Optoelectronic switch activates balers when charge box if full.
7. The conveyor is totally made of steel, which lengthen the lifespan.
8. Long hose relief the viration of oil moving, that reduce the damage to the machine.
9. Equiped with a set of spare parts for customer.

1. All the machines will be tested strictly before shipment. The testing will be with material loading and full-load operation for at least one shift.
