The single shaft shredding machine is the ideal solution for high volume processors in the plastics, rubber, wood and copper cable recycling industries.
The single shaft design is well suited to processing tough and difficult to process materials including start-up purgings, rubber blocks, wooden pallets & cables. These machines can also be used for reducing bulkier items such as bottles, drums, IBC's and pipes etc.
The oversized gearbox with shock absorbing mounting arrangement, outboard heavy duty spherical bearings, low maintenance V-belt drive and strong welded construction ensure reliability.
Reduced spare parts and servicing costs minimise long term operational expenses.
