Product Description


Application

The Agglomerator (densifier, compactor) machine is mainly used to recycle and agglomerate LDPE, HDPE, PP, Nonwoven, PA, BOPP, PET, fiber film and bags.

Features and Process

1. GHX series agglomerator machine can process waste plastic films and other materials whose wall thickness is less than 2mm into particles/granules.
2. When the waste plastic is put into the crushing chamber of the machine, the plastic will be cut into smaller chips due to the crushing function of the rotating blade and fixed blade.
3. During the crushing processing the material will adsorb lots of heat from the frictional movement and then the plastic is going to become semi-plasticizing state.
4. The particles will stick with each other due to the function of plasticization. Before it sticks with each other completely, the cold water which is pre-prepared will be sprayed on the semi-plasticizing material.
5. The water will be evaporated off quickly and the surface temperature of material will drop down quickly as well. As a result, the material being crushed will become small particles or granules. At last, you can discharge the material.
