Machine Advantages:
Film washing line is widely used to treat PP/PE plastic waste mixed material into clean film flakes, which include agriculture film, waste industry film, house refuse films, ton bags, PP woven bags and so on.
After films cleaned, you can make them to be granules with next process which is called pelletizing line.
1. The whole line capacity between 300kg/h-1000kg/h (300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h).
2. Parts which contact material use SUS304, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service life time.
3. World famous brand components applied on the production line- NSK bearing, Siemens contactor, Japan RKC temperature, ABB invertor, Siemens PLC control.

Machine Working Flow:
The working flow of this recycling machine is:belt conveyer→crusher→friction washer→float washer→dewaterer→dryer→silo.
If the film is very dirty, some clients may add hot washer for this washing line.
