With the tremendous development of polyester staple fiber (PSF) technology, recycled PSF production technology has gradually become general. In order to meet the PSF manufacturer needs, KWELL has developed this fiber grade PET bottle washing recycling equipment to satisfy the market demand.
Fiber grade PET bottle washing line which produces PET flakes are mainly used for producing 2-D or 3-D PSF, polyester filament yarn, straps, sheet, film, etc. Every functional section of this PET bottle washing recycling line can be optimized according to the requirements including users' material status, production facilities, product quality, investment budget, etc. The design proposal is very flexible and customer-oriented.
Features
1. PET bottle washing and recycling line is applied in PET waste bottle or sheet recycling field.
2. Through crushing, washing and dry process, the waste bottle or sheet will become bottle flakes. The flakes are widely used in plastic industry, like sheet, and profile production.
3.The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film, sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.
4. PET bottle washing and recycling line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and ensure that the quality of the final products are very clean.
5. PET bottle washing and recycling line output which we can supply is from (2)300kg/h to 6000kg/h.
