Features:
1.This WTPC long pipe shredder crusher machine is specializing in shredding crushing long waste plastic, such as big diameter and thick-wall plastic pipes or profiles into small scraps. The material is fed to the rotor horizontally through hydraulic pushing. The unique input channel maximizes the cutting efficiency and multiple devices guarantees operation safely.
2.Large blade rotating diameter ensures the long pipe being cut by circle automatically and evenly.
3.Bearing is placed outside of crushing room to avoid the invasion of powder and extend the life-span of bearing.
4.Equipped with hydraulic system for quick opening and closing of the hopper The blade base and blades on the rotary roller can be disassembled .It is easy to clean and maintain.
5.The rotary blades adopt the "V" design, which can decrease the noise and decrease energy consumption.
6.Each rotary blade has 4 cutting knife edges, when the rotary blade is worn, it can be rotated to 90 degree, so the blade can be continuously used. Each fixed blade has 2 cutting knife edges, when the fixed blade is worn out, it can be rotated to 180 degree then the blades can be used constantly.
7.The main axis is driven by gearbox, ensuring running very stably, low noise and strong power.
The push feeding system adopts hydraulic way ,which runs very stably and the machine is controlled by PLC system ,the blades can rotate in opposite direction when the rotor gets stuck ,and also can close automatically if something unexpected happen , with very high safety service.
8.All electric elements adopt Siemens, Omron
9.The crusher has rotating blades and fixed blade, with powerful force to crush the object into very small size. There is mesh screen to control the scraps size
